Biscuits & Sausage Gravy!

I asked my friend what she wanted
Ingredients:
Biscuits
- About 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Milk (2%, whole, or buttermilk)
Sausage Gravy
- 1 pound of pork sausage
- About 2 cups of milk (whole or 2%)
- 1-2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Mix flour with cold sliced butter with hands
- Once mixed, add in salt and baking powder
- Slowly add milk to mixture until dough barely holds together
- Slap on pan and bake until tops are golden (10-15 minutes)
Sausage Gravy
- Add garlic to pan
- Brown pork sausage in and set aside, save juices in pan
- Add flour and butter to the pork juice, stir contantly until medium brown
- Stir milk until desired consistancy
- Add seasonings and sausage
- Done :)
