Biscuits & Sausage Gravy!

I asked my friend what she wanted

Ingredients:

Biscuits

Sausage Gravy

Instructions:

Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Mix flour with cold sliced butter with hands
  3. Once mixed, add in salt and baking powder
  4. Slowly add milk to mixture until dough barely holds together
  5. Slap on pan and bake until tops are golden (10-15 minutes)

Sausage Gravy

  1. Add garlic to pan
  2. Brown pork sausage in and set aside, save juices in pan
  3. Add flour and butter to the pork juice, stir contantly until medium brown
  4. Stir milk until desired consistancy
  5. Add seasonings and sausage
  6. Done :)
